In addition to retaining us as your investment adviser, you have entrusted us with your personal and financial data as well. Because your personal and financial data are your private information, we hold ourselves to a high standard in their safekeeping and use.

Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing of personal information. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you that is either provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization. This can include but is not limited to your social security number, date of birth, account numbers and balances, transaction history, and sources of income. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to share your information only as described in this notice.

All Investment Advisers may need to share personal information to run their everyday business. We only use your nonpublic personal information for the following purposes:

  • For our everyday business purposes – such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), or respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus.

  • For our marketing – to offer our products and services to you.

This means, most importantly, that we do not sell or share for marketing purposes any client or prospective client information with anyone – whether it is your personal information or the fact that you are or may become our client.

Federal law allows you the right to limit the sharing of your nonpublic personal information by “opting-out.” State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

If you are a new customer we may begin sharing your information on the day you sign our agreement. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to share your information as described in this notice. Please notify us immediately at our address below or by telephone at (304) 905-1394 if you want to opt out of these types of sharing.

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards and secured files and building.

As required by federal law, we will notify you of our privacy policy annually. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, but rest assured that if we do change it, we will tell you promptly. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.
